RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

Your Confirmation Reservation is paid in full  when reserving your Houseboat or Water Craft.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Security deposit is due at the time of your arrival before houseboat or water craft leaves our docks. Nautical Sports Center reserves the right to substitute rental equipment when necessary.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nautical Sports Center Inc. has taken a reservation in your name for the houseboat or water craft on the dates reserved on line. Please verify that the information is correct on your reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after the receipt of payment is paid in full.

The balance of your basic rental fees, sales tax, and any other optional coverage are due no later than the due date indicated on the reservation agreement. Acceptable forms of payment for all deposits and rental fees are payable to the Nautical Sports Center.  Cashier Check, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards. We Do Not accept Personal Checks or Debit Cards. For your protection any payments made by credit card will require the card holder personally sign the credit slip. Failure to provide a signature for any deposit or payment may result in the loss of your reservation. All payments are subject to the following cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel, you must notify us by email or phone at least 60 days before your departure date. Your reservation deposit will be refunded less a $150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 45-59 days before departure are subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 45 days before scheduled departure are subject to forfeiture of the total prepayment.

If you must reschedule your vacation or change your equipment rental during the same year, there is a $50.00 change fee when the original departure date is more than 60 days in advance. Any rescheduling requests 59 days or less before the original departure date will be treated as a cancellation. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellation.

PRIOR TO BOARDING

Before departing the docks, you and one other adult will be required to complete our Captain's Course and Orientation. You must also sign a rental agreement that includes an Acknowledgement of Risks and Release of Liability. Declining to execute this agreement will result in the cancellation of your agreement.

AGREEMENT

I agree to rent a houseboat or water craft for the dates and times as listed in the Reservation Agreement attached. I further agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING THE CANCELLATION POLICY as stated above. I agree to forward all payments by the due dates shown. Houseboats cannot be operated in the London Bridge Channel, Copper Canyon, and any up river area beyond Lake Havasu. I also understand that pets, extra fuel, firearms, fireworks, launching of water balloons, adding extra persons above the maximum capacity and operating the houseboat after dark is cause for deposit and boat forfeiture and all remaining rental fees paid and deposits paid will be forfeited. I attest that I am  21 years of age and will show proof with a valid driver's license at the time of rental.
